"Dear Claire, thank you for getting the gel to us so quickly, it actually arrived the next day although I only ordered at 5.00pm. I have been using it for a couple of weeks for Monty, our lovely 14 year old West Highland Terrier, who has been really suffering badly with dry eyes for more than 5 years. We have tried everything available including optimmune which was costing a fortune & didn't really seem to make much difference. I didn't think that we would ever find something that worked for him so I had to write & tell you that the change is remarkable. "Hi Claire, just thought I would let you know about this product, as you will see I order on a regular basis my 11year old Newfoundland dog Saffie, she was diagnosed 4 years ago, her tearducts stopped working and she did not produce tears, so her eyes became very sore and dry, I have bought many brands of viscous tear gel, but lumecare is the very best, her eyes stay clearer longer and all the ailments that are associated with her condition have repaired , ie her nostrils at the side started to breakdown and became sore, also the top of her nose was sore and scabby, this is all clear now and her beautiful black nose is perfect, This has to be down to your product because it has only  healed since using the product, also the discharge from the eyes is far less so therefore the crispy residue that I bath in the morning is less and her outer eyelids around the eyes are no longer sore I am so pleased that I have found your product many thanks" -  Mrs L.D.  - Leicester
