How to Use
Microwave the Warm Compress Mask for about 40 seconds (exact directions for both microwave and standard ovens will be enclosed). Shape the Warm Compress Mask over the bridge of your nose to cover both upper and lower eye-lids. Enjoy relaxing with your eyes closed throughout the ten minutes treatment.
Immediately after removal of the mask, massage outwards along the edges of the eyelids to clear the blocked eyelid glands. Our new Sterile Eye Lid Wipes for cleansing Blepharitis may be useful at this stage. Repeat twice each day for a fortnight. The Mask is re-usable up to 200 times.
