We recognise the Professional skills and efforts that go into prescribing and recommending treatments for patients. Our Professional Pricing Policy reflects this. To receive our current list of professional prices and create your Lumecare account then please use one of the following options to contact us:

1. email claire@lumecare.co.uk  we will try to set up your new account & answer all emails on the same business day
   Please provide the following information:
   • Contact name, email address & telephone number, Business name & address, Professional registration number
     
2. call our lo-call telephone order line 0845 8340870 (Mon-Fri 0900-1700)
   If the line is busy or you are calling outside of our business hours, please leave a message with your own contact telephone number or email address so that we may come back to you asap.

Once your account has been created you will have access to our Professional ordering page and you will be able to place your order in any of the following ways:

1. Directly on our website using the restricted "Professional Ordering Page"
2. Phone your order via our lo-call pharmacy / optician order line 0845 8340870
3. Email your order to claire@lumecare.co.uk , our Customer Services Manager
4. Fax your order to 01489 564009

3. Payment Options
You can pay on-line with a payment card at the time of ordering or receive an invoice with the goods for payment by cheque or BACS within 30 days from date of invoice (our standard terms).

4. Delivery
Your order will be shipped on the same day (up to 4.00pm) via first class mail.
