How we send your LUMECARE

We have minimised our Postage and Packaging costs while maintaining a First Class service, in most cases next day delivery.
Our UK delivery cost is only £1.99 per shipment for Royal Mail First Class.
Please note that wherever possible we ship in parcels that are slim enough to pass through standard letterboxes.
So you wont need to stay in waiting for the Postman or, have to retrieve from the Depot if you miss him.

Delivery Address Options
Lumecare shipments are delivered to the address specified by you at the time of ordering.

You can arrange for your order to be delivered to an alternative address including your office, member of your family, holiday address (would incur an extra charge if outside UK) or even to your local post office.

Please note that delivery is made to the delivery address you provide when you order. Re-sending an order will result in an additional delivery charge.        

Delivery Time
All orders received before 4pm will normally be despatched to you on the same working day.

Overseas Deliveries (Outside of UK)

We can supply most countries worldwide. We use Royal Mail's Airmail Service. Delivery charges will depend on the destination. European destinations start at £3.49 and the Rest of the World at £4.69. We may need to confirm the delivery charge before taking payment for your order.

Certain countries place restrictions on the types of products that may be imported by mail and we can not be held responsible if the goods are seized by customs or returned to Lumecare Ltd.

If you are outside of the European Union then please check if there are any specific restrictions before placing your order as in this instance your delivery charge may not be refunded.
