red lid margins

   Has anyone come across an ointment or treatment that will help reduce the appearance of very red lid margins. I appreciate this is part of the devils curse (bleph and dry eye) and I am religious with my lid hygiene and hot compress. If I could reduce the appearance of red eyes I may regain my confidence and improve my state of mind. Thanks all... I am looking at all other members posts and as soon as I find something that relieves my condition I will share with you all.
