Has anyone got an answer to this? I have been under care for over a year by my GP health centre and even the hospital outpatient. My eyes are sore all the time even though Ive tried hot compress towels, choromycetin ointment and prescribed lubricating drops.

I thought Id let you know that the warm compress mask that I bought from here is making a difference. The wave of peace that I get when I put it over my eyes is wonderful and reading about the oily glands, it makes sense that the tension I felt along my eyelids was a big part of my problems. The mask feels hot for many minutes and this makes the difference.

Hi John H! I also bought the eye bag, and it's lovely, very soothing.l I'm sure it seems to stimulate moisture/oil while it's on. My glands along the eye lid are blocked, and I'm desperately trying a new regime, which the optician recommended, which is quite time consuming, but have to say quite sooting. |
